Contemporary dance, new circus and physical theatre - do these three notions sound somewhat familiar to you but you actually don’t know what to expect? Are you afraid that contemporary dance or physical theatre is just for intellectuals, wealthy ladies and arts students? Forget your prejudices, step out of your comfort zone and come to find out that even normal people can understand these posh-sounding genres.

We won’t make you watch opera singers wearing white wigs or ultra-complicated performances with actors standing still for an hour. On the other hand, don’t expect any boring classical piece or circus show with diddling liberty poodles, illusionist doing his lame card tricks and bearded woman raging in her cage.

This year’s MOVE festival Ostrava subtitled “Boundaries” will bring brilliant productions which are sold-out in Prague.
