What is the Dance Database?
Dance Database (Databáze tance) is an online platform of Czech dance run by non-profit organisation Dance Context, z.ú. It contains information about dance, mime, new circus and other performance genres related to movement.
The Database contains listings of events and profiles in the field of Czech dance and other movement related arts. The Database website provides users with various details about venues, companies, festivals and production platforms, as well as information covering dance education at all levels – dance studios, dance schools, conservatoires and universities. It offers the possibility of professional presentation containing details about people involved in dance – performers, authors and publicists.
