tektoparty: a walk in and with the landscape
Place: Praha 5-Hlubočepy, Hlubočepské plotnyPerformance description
„The Earth’s body“ is like an ongoing choreography unfolding in time and space, traveling across the globe. Its resulting movements and dances are inscribed in the landscape. Can we see and read them? How do we engage with them?*
*tektoparty* is a participatory excursion that bridges geological and artistic disciplines to activate new perspectives on the workings of our bodies, the body of society and the body of the Earth. The partner of this choreographic walk is therefore the Earth itself and our human knowledge of it, as well as our knowledge of contemporary dance.
Performative walk *tektoparty: a walk in and with the landscape* is part of the *PQ+* programme within the *Prague Quadrennial* festival. *PQ+* is an accompanying programme of the *Prague Quadrenniale* festival of scenography and theatre space for the presentation of contemporary Czech scenographic and theatrical work to an international professional audience. The *PQ+* project is organised by PerformCzech / Art Theatre Institute in cooperation with PQ and is co-funded by the National Renewal Plan, NextGenerationEU. It is also a part of the exhibition project *Symbiosis* of the [Artbiom.cz](http://artbiom.cz/homepage/about-project) platform in the Kritiků gallery.
