A journey towards nature. A surreal dreamscape of the forest ecosystem. Special outdoor version of the performance.*
A group of dancers and the artistic team guide a rediscovery of the forest in and around people. A complex, interconnected system that lies beyond their comprehension. Creating a surreal dreamscape inspired by tree anatomy. It invites people to stretch roots, feel their touch, ground ourselves, imagine tissue decomposition, feel the sap flow, and breathe. It reminds the viewers that the forest will survive human control illusions. The woods won’t give up, they will stay, they will not evaporate.
This three-part series of dance works is based on artistic research into the creative process. By creating on the go and interweaving with the audience, *Induce The Juice* and *People and Machines* organically morph into *Woods Won't Vaporize.
